- HCSS Safety is a heavy civil construction safety management web and mobile application that helps our company create a comprehensive safety culture throughout our organization by putting safety directly in the hands of our workers’ hands.
- Field workers hold and record meetings and toolbox talks, perform inspections and job hazard analyses (JHAs), record near misses, incidents and safety observations, track and manage employee skills and certifications and maintain compliance with OSHA, DOT and DOD regulations.
- Our safety documents are paperless – we ensure that our safety procedures are as simple-to-follow as possible and won’t get lost in the bustle of the work site.
- Our safety manager tracks all reported data digitally on an easy-to-use and customizable dashboard, eliminating paperwork that can get lost or filed away.
- Our foremen can analyze the data from the field, run reports, and spot dangerous trends that may be popping up on the job site to help them catch potential problems before they cause costly and dangerous accidents.

A DRUG-FREE WORKPLACE
Eclipse exercises a drug-free workplace policy through the implementation of BWC drug-free safety program to make sure our employees are in a physically and mentally-able condition to execute the assigned job successfully and safely.
IN-HOUSE REGULATORY CHECKS
Our in-house safety and quality control experts, as well as our shop managers and mechanics, conduct scheduled inspections of every piece of equipment, vehicle, machinery, and stocked protective gear, to prevent on-site failures and accidents.
