Eclipse Companies, LLC is a certified FBE, EDGE, ODOT DBE & Ohio Turnpike DBE, RSB, NEORSD (WBE & MBE), LPE, SBE and WOSB union contractor providing earthwork, excavation, roadway rehabilitation, underground utilities, structural concrete, demolition and hardscape construction services.
We complete your commercial, industrial and government – federal, state and local – projects with the highest levels of safety, quality, timeliness and satisfaction.

Our union company employs 130+ individuals with over 1,500 combined years of experience who are trained, certified and experienced in handling the scope and magnitude of services Eclipse offers.
Our team takes full advantage of our integrated project planning, execution, tracking and analysis-utilizing HCSS Construction Software. Our in-house certified survey and engineering utilize cutting edge GPS and modeling software for continuous lay-out and value engineering.
Our success stems from a seamless collaboration between our team in the office, our skilled foremen and superintendents on the ground and our partnerships with suppliers, subcontractors and software providers. In the field, our foremen and superintendents bring decades of hands-on experience and leadership to every site. They oversee construction, ensuring that our projects not only meet but exceed industry standards from start to project completion. Their dedication and expertise are the cornerstone of our ability to deliver exceptional results on time and within budget.

Jennifer J. Agresta
CEO
Jen is the owner and CEO of Eclipse Companies, guiding our team to deliver top-tier results in the heavy civil construction industry. An alumni from Akron University and Cleveland State University, Jen brings technical expertise to the table and gives back to her alma maters through community outreach, hosting career booths and hiring local interns and staff.
As a member of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) and the Urban Land Institute, Jen advocates for diversity in construction both in the office and the field. Jen’s leadership has been instrumental in establishing Eclipse Companies as a respected women-owned small business in the field.
Thomas D. Agresta, Jr.
President
Tom is the President of Eclipse Companies, working hand-in-hand with our team to ensure smooth daily operation. Tom’s background includes education from John Carroll University and extensive hands-on experience in the construction industry. His practical knowledge and leadership skills are instrumental in guiding our team.
Beyond his role at Eclipse Companies, Tom serves as President of Folds of Honor Northern Ohio, a nonprofit dedicated to providing educational scholarships to the spouses and children of military members who have made the ultimate sacrifice or have been disabled while serving in the United States Armed Forces. His dedication to community and service extends our company’s values beyond construction, embodying a commitment to making a positive impact. Tom also serves as a board member for the Akron division of the Associated General Contractors, creating partnerships across Ohio and beyond.

Our team utilizes GPS technology and HCSS software, including HeavyBid, HeavyJob , HCSS Forms, HCSS Field and more, Dispatcher Construction software and Foundation Accounting software for organized project management and accurate accounting.
