At Eclipse Companies, we believe in actively engaging with future talent and informing them about the opportunities within our company and industry. Recently, we participated in the Construction Management Career Fair at Kent State and Auburn Career Center’s Reverse Job Fair, and became an apprentice sponsor of the Akron Canton Builds Expo.
These events allow us to connect with motivated individuals who are eager to explore careers in construction and related fields. By sharing our passion, we aim to inspire and recruit the next generation of industry leaders.
Eclipse Companies recently partnered with Habitat for Humanity in Painesville, OH, to support a residential project aimed at providing affordable housing. Our team successfully excavated the basement, laid the construction drive, and installed storm and sanitary systems. This collaborative effort underscores our commitment to community development and sustainable construction practices. We’re proud to contribute our expertise to initiatives that improve living conditions and foster stronger communities.
On a rainy Sunday, following the news of the Hero’s Rock roof collapse, Eclipse mobilized equipment and arranged for donated dumpsters. Our employees volunteered their time on a cold and muddy day to lend a helping hand.
Folds of Honor is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that has provided over $240 million in educational scholarships to the spouses and children of military members who have fallen or been disabled while serving in the United States Armed Forces, supporting private school, tutoring, college, technical/trade school, and post-graduate programs.
Eclipse is a proud supporter of Folds of Honor Northern Ohio and as one of the sponsors of the Annual Folds of Honor Golf Classic, we help bring the community together to raise money for a worthwhile cause and to enjoy the fun, camaraderie, golf, and patriotism.
Eclipse Companies, Milwaukee Tools, AGC of Akron, and Ruhlin Construction joined forces to create a fully stocked and equipped mobile service trailer for the students in the KSU Construction Management Program that will help them engage in philanthropic and community initiatives, starting in Bristol, TN for a project hosted by the Appalachia Service Project Organization.
Eclipse proudly serves as a contractor organization and member of the AGC Akron division, known not only for their exceptional contributions to the industry and support of industry workers, but also for their unwavering commitment to community support. Our donations help fund impactful charitable projects and provide crucial scholarship aid at Kent State University and the University of Akron, and our continued membership helps provide valued industry connections.
