Education/Experience
B.S. in Construction Management, Engineering, or other industry related field. At least 7 years in heavy construction project management.

Basic Role Outline
- Analyze blueprints and bid documents, using a variety of software to perform takeoffs
- Source and asses quotations, establishing ties with suppliers

Estimator
Education/Experience
B.S. in Construction Management, Engineering, or other industry related field or an equivalent amount of industry experience. At least 4 years in heavy construction project management.

Mechanic
Education/Experience
B.S. in Construction Management, Engineering, or other industry related field. At least 7 years in heavy construction project management.

- Ability to stand, walk, sit, squat, lie on the ground, crouch, climb stairs, use hands for an extended duration, and lift up to 50 pounds

Basic Role Outline
- Inspect, diagnose, and pinpoint mechanical issues in semi-trucks, trailers, small tools, and other mechanical equipment
- Repair and/or fabricate parts to ensure optimal operation, potentially modifying equipment
- Adhere to all safety protocols and undertake any other related duties/projects as assigned
IT Specialist
Education/Experience
B.S in computer science or related field. At least 5 years of experience in IT support. Database management and API experience preferred.
Background Profile
- Experience with Mac OS, Windows OS & Server 2008+ operating systems, Active Directory, Exchange/Office 365, Network Storage, and SQL
- Experience setting up and troubleshooting equipment such as laptops, video conferencing systems, mobiles, etc.
- Working knowledge of scripting languages (Power BI, etc.)
Basic Role Outline
- Maintain IT operations and VOIP phone systems
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge
- Prepare reports through data collection, analysis, and summarization
- Work closely with senior leadership team to define and implement IT strategy
Junior Safety/Quality Control Engineer
Education/Experience
B.S in safety management or construction management. At least 3 years of experience in safety for civil construction projects.

- Ability to travel 75+% of the time
- Additional pluses include experience with HCSS software, OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR Training, and experience in quality assurance
Basic Role Outline
- Perform jobsite weekly site safety inspections, ensure all needed safety equipment is present, and perform data entry for monthly reviews
- Be the point of contact for incident reviews with field personnel
- Oversee safety programs, perform annual document reviews, develop and maintain safety tracking reports, and determine corrective action
Construction Cost Estimator (Chagrin Falls, OH)
Provide accurate job estimates by interpreting drawings and bid documents for construction projects. Decipher intricate blueprints and bid documents to yield accurate job estimates. Utilize a blend of advanced software and traditional methods to determine quantities for labor, equipment, and materials. Source and assess quotations from various subcontractors and vendors.
Minimum of a Master’s degree in Construction Management, Technology Management or closely related field and 2 years of experience as a Construction Cost Estimator or Construction Manager required.
